FOUNDATION MAKES DONATIONS ON BEHALF OF 2005-15 ALUMNI

Back on February 26th, the Spitfires recognized the 2005-15 decade of Spitfires hockey as part of its ongoing 40th Anniversary celebration as they took on the Ottawa 67s. 

Represented by former Spits Adam Wallace and Ryan Baldwin, the Windsor Spitfires Foundation was proud to make donations to two local social service agencies on behalf of alumni from that period. 

Prior to the game, a cheque for $2,000 was presented to the Windsor-Essex Children's Aid Society, in support of its "Food for Families" event. Later on, during the second intermission, a cheque for $1,000 was presented to Ron Dunn of the Windsor Downtown Mission.
