BACKGROUND

Over the past 16 years, the Joe Hogan Memorial Golf Tournament has raised more than $500,000 for the Windsor & Essex County Cancer Centre Foundation, in honour of the late Joe Hogan. These funds go towards the purchase of chemotherapy pumps, MRI machines, CT scans, Prostate Brachy Equipment, the Men's Comprehensive Health Program and research.

“We've been able to take a negative situation with the loss of our father and, over 16 years, we have supported our community in hopes that one day cancer will be beaten. -- Tournament Organizer, Doug Hogan.

The Windsor Spitfires Foundation is a proud partner and beneficiary of the JHM.

“The foundation is very grateful to be involved with the 17th year of the Joe Hogan Memorial Golf Tournament. The success and longevity of the event is the result of the efforts of Doug and Dan Hogan, who have made a huge difference for countless people in our community.” -- Shannon Ricker, Windsor Spitfires Foundation Director.
